July 1st Boyd and I celebrated our 3rd anniversary. It's hard to believe it's been that long already, yet it feels like so much longer. Every year we've done something kind of bigger for our anniversary. The first year we went to the Armstrong Mansion B&B, which we highly recommend for a good night out. Last year we took a trip to Nauvoo. This year our anniversary came the day before we headed up to ID for a family reunion so we had to keep it small. Not to mention we're getting ready to move and all. So we went to a lovely dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. YUMMMM! If you know me, you know that my absolute favorite dessert is cheesecake. Dinner was great, but it was the cheesecake that made the night extra special. (And if you're Shannon, you know the double meaning behind that.)
(Thank you Jeremy and Rachel for babysitting so we could go out :)

The only one around is in Murray at the Fashion Place Mall.
